Are wholesale/partner bulk orders refundable? +
Wholesale bulk orders are final sale once delivered — each eSIM is non-refundable after it has been successfully provisioned to your account. If any units in an order can't be delivered, only those undelivered units are automatically refunded at their order price; you don't need to request it. There's no return or RMA process for delivered units. See the Wholesale Partner Agreement for details.
